Warranty Policy

Every Mobizilla repair is backed by a warranty. This policy explains what's covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.

What's covered

We warrant the parts we replace and the workmanship of the repair for 180 days from the date of service. If a part we installed fails, or our workmanship is found to be defective, we will repair it again at no charge.

What's not covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • New accidental damage (drops, cracks, bends) after the repair.
  • Liquid or moisture damage occurring after the repair.
  • Damage from third-party repairs or tampering following our service.
  • Normal wear, software issues unrelated to the repair, or pre-existing faults outside the repaired component.

Genuine parts

We use genuine and OEM-grade components that are quality-tested and traceable. The specific parts used in your repair are listed on your invoice.

How to make a claim

Contact support@mobizilla.com with your repair reference and a description of the issue. We may ask you to bring in or send the device so we can inspect it. Approved claims are remedied promptly at no cost to you.
