Quotes are based on the information you provide and a preliminary assessment. If a repair requires additional work or parts, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Prices include the parts and labor itemized in your quote.

Repairs and your device

You confirm you are the owner of the device or authorized to request its repair. Please back up your data first — while we handle devices with care, we are not responsible for data loss. Devices not collected within 90 days of completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal as permitted by law.

Warranty

Repairs are covered by our Warranty Policy. The warranty applies to the specific part replaced and our workmanship, and excludes new accidental damage, liquid damage, or third-party tampering after our repair.

Payments

Payment is due as set out at booking or on collection. We use third-party payment processors and you agree to their terms when paying.

Limitation of liability
