You agree to provide accurate information, to use our services lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Quotes are based on the information you provide and a preliminary assessment. If a repair requires additional work or parts, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Prices include the parts and labor itemized in your quote.

You confirm you are the owner of the device or authorized to request its repair. Please back up your data first — while we handle devices with care, we are not responsible for data loss. Devices not collected within 90 days of completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal as permitted by law.

Repairs are covered by our Warranty Policy. The warranty applies to the specific part replaced and our workmanship, and excludes new accidental damage, liquid damage, or third-party tampering after our repair.

Payment is due as set out at booking or on collection. We use third-party payment processors and you agree to their terms when paying.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant repair. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
