Returns & Refunds
This policy covers returns and refunds for parts and products purchased from Mobizilla, and refunds related to repair services.
Parts and products
Unused parts and products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Some items (such as consumables or special-order parts) may be non-returnable; this is noted at purchase.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Repair services
If you're not satisfied with a repair, contact us first — most issues are covered under our Warranty Policy. Where a repair cannot be completed, any amounts paid for unperformed work are refunded.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
